Joe Longo, attended Bridgeport Engineering Institute of Ct. and Has been I his own business for the past 40 years.

We are a member of the charlotte County Chamber of Commerce, A certified member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), A full member of FABI (Florida Association of Building Inspectors) as well as a member of Southwest Florida ASHI and Gulf Coast ASHI. Joe is a graduate of ITA (Inspection Training Associates) and Interned for 2 years at Stonehollow Fine Home Inspection, Inc. of Connecticut while satisfying the requirements for a Connecticut Inspectors License.

Joe opened and operated Town and Country Home Inspection Service in Connecticut before moving to Florida, 3 years ago. Joe has built homes in Connecticut, Massachusettes, New York, Vermont and New Hampshire. We currently cover SW Florida, including Charlotte County, Lee County, Collier and Sarasota Counties.
